檸檬芥末烤三文魚
在光波爐烤製之途中已經知道會成功 - 芥末味道實在是香得過份啊!!!
溫馨提示 - 醃三文魚除了用salt & pepper,最好加黠dill 草,可放新鮮的,又或是乾的,三文魚的味道就好味得多,各位不妨試試!
芥末的味道原來各三文魚十分配合,加上檸檬汁的清新口感,整體感覺好fresh! 趕坎春日潮濕悶氣,食呢個菜式令人感到十分醒神啊!
