吉野家牛肉飯
吉野家牛肉飯(人人都煮到)!!!
超市購買材料:
1.火鍋牛肉片2盒
2.洋蔥一顆
3.日式醬油(柴魚風味)
4.味醂
調味料:
1.日式醬油半碗
2.味醂3大匙
3.砂糖半大匙
4.開水半碗
做法:
1.將半顆洋蔥切片,然後放入油鍋中拌炒至半熟
2.加入牛肉拌炒至變色
3.把所有調味料都加進去,攪拌均勻煮滾
4.蓋上鍋蓋,小火悶一下,煮到洋蔥變軟
