紅棗養生熱飲
■材料:
15
顆乾燥龍眼
30
顆乾燥紅棗
約一手掌分量乾燥枸杞
少許有機紅糖
■做法:
1.
鍋內裝滿一公升的水
2.
先沖洗紅棗、龍眼和枸杞
3.
帶水煮滾之後持續煮
15-20
分鐘後關火
4.
加入紅糖調味
