簡易即飲 健脾去濕焗茶
材料就係:
糖冬瓜一條、意米粉一湯匙、老陳皮一角、龍眼乾三粒、熱水三小杯、燜燒杯一個
製法:
1)將陳皮浸泡在水中,變軟後以手指刮囊
2)將其他材料洗淨(如怕太甜,可沖洗糖冬瓜表面的糖霜),放入燜燒杯中,加入約三小杯滾
水,焗1小時搖勻便可全日飲用。
