降秋燥 必食無花果
今次就教大家整我近期最愛的「無花果南棗茶」:
材料:大粒無花果10粒、南棗10粒、南北杏少許、水2公升
製法:無花果洗淨後切片,貪其容易出味;南棗我喜歡切絲去核,出味之餘,食時又不用吐
核。南北杏有潤肺止咳功效,洗淨後將所有材料連水煲至水滾後轉中火煲40分鐘。
