夏枯草
烹調步驟:
夏枯草用清水浸泡15分鐘, 沖淨後用筲箕瀝乾
煲滾一大鍋清水(約2-3升), 下夏枯草滾約15分鐘, 轉小火煲1小時
大火滾起後用片糖調味即成
